about

Staked Plain serves as the compliment to Ogallala, the second tape released by Seth Chrisman & Andrew Weathers on the Full Spectrum label. The follow up to their blissful Louella, these recordings found them in Littlefield, TX (what seems to be the spiritual center for Full Spectrum) doing landscaping by day and recording by night. Basking in the dusty sun and thinking about a possible waterless future.

The four tracks on this lathe take their concepts home, to Oakland and the Hudson Valley, for further attention and processing. True to the original ideals behind FET Press we happily present the lathe compliment to this fine casette release.

We are offering a limited number of bundles for those who would like the cassette as well as the lathe, which include a button design by Seth. Very limited supply.
