Saguache is the duo of Seth Chrisman and Cody Yantis, two individuals attacking a central sensibility they like to call "Landscape as Sound". Through releases on SicSic and Constellation Tatsu, Yantis and Chrisman have carved out a unique niche in the subgenres even those of us behind FET Press find ourselves dabbling...Yantis approaching his instruments with clarity and thought...Chrisman bringing all manner of sonic capabilities and blanket like warmth.

I started listening to Tetracosa (again) from the beginning (v.1) when I picked up v.5 and v.6 a week or so ago. I probably enjoy it most in the car, though that could be for reasons of fidelity. I love the nuances and newnesses that arrive hours into an embedded listening. I’ll listen again when it’s all finished, and I’ll be sorry when it’s over. cielocanth
